We at DPS are committed to process adherence and improvement. Our Quality Management System (DPS QMS) ensures a proper categorization of processes and alignment with the organization’s vision. DPS QMS complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard and has been successfully assessed at Maturity Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). We aspire to soon become a CMMI Maturity Level 5 company. In addition to this, we strive to provide our customers with comprehensive information security. That is why all our practices meet the requirements of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). Our commitment to quality is centered on our passion to deliver on our promises while continuously improving our processes, solutions and services.

Our Quality is not related to the service but to the management of the service. Our overriding goal is to meet and exceed our customers’ needs through a timely and cost effective delivery of high quality solutions and related professional services. Our employees are trained to act in the best interest of our customers and have open access to senior management for the purpose of minimizing or eliminating the potential of failure in meeting our customer needs.
