Equipment and spare parts reports: Providing the information about the consumption and cost for each work order.
Requests History: Providing the details of requests against which the operation was executed and shows the status or reasons for the pending or deferred work orders.
Labor History and Schedule: Providing the details about the labor hired with complete passport and residential information. Also provides the information about the individual remuneration, per hour salary, total working hours for each individual.
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Maintenance Reports: Providing details of maintenance operations carried out through concerned departments or, workshops, with full details about the work nature, the total cost incurred on each of the activity, the man power involved etc.
Work Order Statistics: Providing summary of work orders issued and accomplished within the specified time span.
Contracted Services: Providing cost of repairs by the contractor generating a payment certificate against the accomplished tasks.
Equipment Reports: Providing details of equipment by location, type, system, cost center, specification, replacement schedule, and downtime.
 

Inventory Management
Inventory items on order sorted by the vendors or item provides the order report.
Inventory receipts sorted by the vendor or item receiving reports.
Purchase order history sorted by the vendor or item purchase history.
Inventory adjustments sorted by storeroom and inventory category adjustment report.
Inventory transactions sorted by the storerooms and inventory category provides the stock activity report.
