Business Process Re-engineering
(BPR) has revolutionized the way processes
are carried out. The procedural complexities
have completely been removed and structures
have been fully automated and improved.
Following this smart BPR concept we developed
a paperless transaction system, flexible
enough to be used for the maintenance management
activities of almost any type of facility
in any industry. Industries such as hospitality,
healthcare, manufacturing, transportation,
universities and utilities can derive extensive
benefits from our Facility Management System.
|
| Facility
Management Systems is a complete workflow
enabled system that: |
| • |
Increases
productivity. |
| • |
Reduces
work duplication. |
| • |
Reduces
the time and cost values for the customer. |
| • |
Improves
accuracy. |
| • |
Provides
authentic information. |
| • |
Provides: |
|
- |
Preventive
Maintenance |
|
- |
Corrective Maintenance |

|
The DPS-FMS workflow-based system focuses
on providing users with a menu-driven
desktop application, enabling them to
work in a complete paperless environment
with the added convenience of correspondence
without any physical hindrance. The system
facilitates maintenance operations under
normal, optional and emergency situations.
The system is primarily designed to provide
the Industrial, Public and Corporate sectors
with the right course-plan to be followed
under normal circumstances. The system
enhances the functionality of these sectors
on one end and smoothes processing of
the transaction at the other end. The
system helps to provide electronic procedures
for civil, electrical and mechanical maintenance
works for such industrial, public, &
corporate sectors

| Why
You Need This System |
|
| How
It Works |
|
Preventive
Maintenance:
Is a
pre-determined scheduling mode in which,
work orders are issued by date. The system
assigns the tasks to relevant individuals/groups
in advance. Similarly the equipments and
the spare parts consumption is pre-defined
and supplied before the start date. Preventive
maintenance, being a pre-defined activity
from the user, lay outs the time schedules
of future maintenance once the annual
maintenance plan is approved and issued.
The future maintenance activities along
with a time schedule are readily available
in the system for the user to check and
keep track.
Emergency
Maintenance:
Allows the user to process an emergency
request for any unseemly circumstances.
Emergency maintenance module of the systems
assigns relevant tasks and authorization
to the concerned person and department.
The system generates the emergency request
for immediate action by assigning the
task to the relevant department, issues
work order, and lists equipment to be
supplied for immediate solutions of the
reported emergency. |
